Norfolkdirectories.co.uk is a work in progress website, therefore there may be times when the website is unavailable due to updates in progress. Although we will endeavour to carry out any such updates or maintenance work with minimum disruption to the services. We will use our reasonable endeavours to maintain and provide the services as contained in these Terms and Conditions. However, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for the networks or for the services not being transmitted correctly or without interruption, therefore we shall not be liable for any such failure to provide and to transmit all or any part of the services.

Packages and Payments

norfolkdirectories.co.uk may offer discounted and free advertising from time to time. Registration and advertising is on a voluntary basis with our prices reviewed annually.

We reserve the right to not show a listing or advertisement on the directory, if payment has not been received on time. Any such will reappear once the payment has been received. When advertising you are obliged to be listed and pay for a minimum period of one calender month.

If payment has not been received after 28 days we reserve the right to suspend your Ad, take action to recover payment and any costs incurred to recover late payment. 

If you wish to terminate please inform us by either e-mail or in writing, giving us at least 28 days notice.
